Fence repair bids are ongoing to fix the border along MV Highway.
Reviewed budget to date. No issues to discuss. Reserve study shows we are in the “Fair” range. We plan to add more to reserves to bump that back up. Is the reserve study on the HOA website?
Landscaping company is currently working on the sprinkler system.
How do we access the the irrigation data and AT&T account info for the irrigation system? How is that managed and monitored? Brittany to follow up with Brightview.
